- Advertising spend and third-party platform fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in service fees

NXG Marketing does not guarantee:
- Revenue, leads, or sales outcomes
- Advertising or marketing performance
- Specific return on investment
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXG Marketing shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to NXG Marketing in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
8. Governing Law
